AICE media studies

  After all the filming and all the planning we started on the editing process. Ayden was supposed to be the main editor but he was busy. So we decided as a group for who would do most of the editing. I didn't have much to do that day so I decided to volunteer. I looked over all the clips and looked at what we had. Then i got to work. I started by getting all the videos into one place. This is so everything would be more organized. Then I started working on them individually. I had to import a sound into the clips at the right time. we couldn't get any emails back about the music. So instead we had to use royalty free music. Then i started on the transitions on the clips. We had to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked good. The editing got very difficult at times. I took up a lot of storage on my laptop. This made my experience editing very difficult at times. My computer even crashed at moments. Then i worked on the small fix ups. I made the background clearer and ever

 We Travel back to Ayden's house to finish what we have started. The main thing we have to work on is the dialogue. We started filming the scenes with me and Leo. The scene is me and Leo watching a movie when I get an unexpected phone call. I then answer the phone call and it turns out to be my girlfriend for the film. As I answer it the expression on my face is supposed to be confused then turn angry. It was a wee bit difficult to film as there was a lot of commotion going on in the house. It took many attempts but we ended up getting the perfect shot. The next clip that had to be filmed was me shouting back as I become enraged. It demonstrates the dialogue as I am leaving the kid unattended to. Then we worked on Sydni's part. Her part consisted of speaking over a phone and going back and fourth to carry on with the conversation from the previous filming. This is because Sydni is playing my girlfriend in the film. And it shows he distracting me leaving the kid unattended to. A

 It started as we discussed what we were going to film today. Then we went into the plans on where to do it. After figuring that out we discussed how are we gonna get there. We decided we were gonna go to Ayden's house right after school and his parents would take us. We then would walk to holiday park. We got to Ayden's house but we had to wait for Leo to show up. Leo is the little kid who goes missing in the film. When he arrived we then walked over to Holliday park. We started filming The opening scenes. These consisted of me playing tag with Leo. It took a few try's to get it down but we eventually got it down. One main reason we kept messing up is because we weren't serious and i could not hold a straight face. We then got it down but unfortunately Leo was lurking in the background. This would mess up the film and it wouldn't make sense. After that we filmed the shots of me finding and capturing him. After we filmed a important shot of me walking away with him

 Are filming day was coming up and i had to get ready. i knew I would need to start working on my acting. I had little to no experience acting an how would we film if I didn't know how to act. So i did some research. I looked many famous actors and see what they suggested to do to get better. One big detail they suggested was to set a schedule. So i took it up on my own to schedule a filming day during spring break. another tip they suggested was to take classes. I started to get nervous because there obviously wasn't enough time to take classes  to get better we had to film soon. Then it came to me i could look up YouTube videos. The next day i spent the day watching and taking notes on acting and how to get better. I started retaining the knowledge better and i could see that im starting to improve. Next i started practicing on camera to see what i look like. I would later review all the acting I've done. Then i take notes on what i can do better. After i built up enough

 I woke bright and early on a saturday at approxomitly 9:00. I immediatly texted my groupchat for media. I asked them if they wished to film today. They all immediatly responded, Evryone throught it was a great idea. WE were excited to film and we were gonna meet at the park. We decided 1 o clcock would be a perefect time so everyone could meet. A few hours later it was about 12 o clcock when it started drizziling. We all didnt think of it to much and we were still going to film. A little bit later the rain started downporing, we all realized we couldnt film today. We then thought of a backup plan. We didnt want to just sit around all day and do nothing. So instead we came up with a plan to what we were gonna do when we actually filmed. The plan consisted of props, acting, directing etcetera. the plan is going to help us be more organized. This is going to help us get more acomlpished efficently. It will also make the film better quality. Ayden marshell helped sketch out the entire pla

we started the filming process today. This took up all four of our group partners. we have two actors in the film and two behind the camera. This provides for more efficiency to get more work done. I am one of the main actors in our film. We decided to start with the beginning scenes of the film for the organization. everything from the film to the acting ran extremely smoothly. the beginning scenes take place at a local park. during this scene, I had to act with sydni. We timed our acting and filming days perfectly. As the weather was fantastic for filming. I had to do a lot of acting during the scenes because I am the main character but it's fun. we traveled to the house for some more scenes. These scenes take place further on in the film. In this scene, the babysitter and the kid are doing typical baby things. Things ran pretty smoothly for this scene as well. Then we finished filming. We will resume another day hopefully it goes as smooth as it did today. it was pretty enjoyabl

Scene 3-side angle close upmof trevors leg following him running. Scene 4- close up of of little kids face. He turns his head into an over the sholder shot. This is showing the scenes going back and fourth with the babysitter and the child. Scene 5-Close up babysitters face lookin, through eyebrows to appear meanacing to represent predetor and prey. Scene 6- Babysitter yells and shoves little kid to the ground, wide side angle, music stops. Scene 7- little kid falls to ground, high angle. Scene 8-medium shot babysitter helps up little kids. Scene 9-Wide angle as they walk away Scene 10-Over the shoulder shot of babysitter and kid watching a movie. Scene 11- Medium shot of the babysitter demostrates the kid on the couch. The is sleeping in the meantime. Scene 12-high angle of an incoming calk
