1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it  represent  social groups or issues?    We used conventions by choosing a slow song in the background to show the dramatic effect . We only had 3 characters during our film. The audience we were  targeting  w as  people in need of help in school . There  are many people struggling in school  nowadays .  We used a variety of different camera angles and shots during  the film  as over the shoulder, zoomed -in, up close, etc. We  used  up-close  shots to sense the emotion.   2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text?   We engage the audience in a variety of ways. The first way we include them is how   they  can see when the actor fails the test. Another example is when  there's   suspenseful  music in the background, and uplifting music w hen he passes     3. For our first project of the year, I believe our tea, did an excellent job. We were very good at staying on task and getting things done fast. This shows because we were done filming and editing a day before it was due. We also got along great as partners. There was never any argument or harsh disagreement between the group we were always able to settle things logically and civilly. we could have improved on the film process tho. Some of the clips were a little bit quiet and we realized that during the editing process. Also, the clips seemed a bit rushed or too fast. We are all looking forward to the next project and excited to see what it is. I think ill work in a different group so I can make different and more friends.

  We started the day by longing into our editing platform. Then we reviewed what we had on our video. Next we discussed what was wrong and what needed a change. Then we split up our tasks individually so we were working fairly. We realized the video was way to long. Plus the transitions were not smooth and the sound didn't flow well. Me and Ayden work deliberately on editing the clips down. We had to shorten many clips for it to work unfortunately. We even had to cut some clips out. Then we made sure there were good transitions. We needed the clips to go from one to another evenly and smoothly. This is because our film needs to be professional and to our best effort. The next major part we needed to work on was the sound. It was quiet throughout many clips so it didn't sound right. Were added certain sounds over the clips to make it a less awkward. We began our day by gathering our group to see that we had everyone there. Then we listened and wrote down all the information from the lecture we got. The first thing we got started on is what platform we were going to use to edit. We inspected many different platforms before making a decision. What went into our decision was how easy it was to use the layout and the different abilities it comes with. Overall we ended up choosing Imovie. Imovie is good and easy because it's already on Ayden's phone. This is good because it's extremely accessible. It will also be able to edit whenever wherever. The layout on Imovie is simple and easy to understand. The choice of platform is so important because it will help us edit our film faster and more efficiently. Next, I helped Ayden with some editing. We were making the transitions smoother. This will make the film look a lot better and flow smoother. It will also help cut down on the necessary time. we filmed most of the film last class. we were very productive and got a lot done. So today we designated our work to fix up the rough edges. we made sure all the parts of the film were filmed to perfection. Then we decided to help Lilly and Sydney. we went out all the way to the football field. We started to throw the football and kick the soccer ball at first but then we got to business. we helped them with the placement and filming of their shots. The props consisted of footballs and soccer balls. It took a couple of tries but we ended up getting it down. Soon after we threw the football for a little bit longer. After we were done we headed back inside. After going back inside we settled down and discussed what we got done. We shared how each of us contributed to the project and what we could do more of. Next, we decided to plan for the next class. We are planning for the next class so we can save time and get as much done as we can. We shared how were basically done filming and we
