Learning how to act

I don't have an enormous amount of acting experience but I have a solid amount. I was the main actor in all the films I created last year. I learned a lot from those experiences. I mostly learned the basics such as Being able to understand and interpret a script. Being able to memorize lines.Being able to deliver lines convincingly.Knowing how to use your voice to project emotion.Being able to understand and connect with your audience. I learned all these strategies from youtube. They helped me get through my first couple experiences but this time I wanna take it to the next level. I started studying professional films. Dramas especially. I wanted to watch films where the main actor is a man because it is easier to relate. I watched good will hunting which gave me a great example of the emotion I'm supposed to show in our film. Also watching sports dramas was even better because that is the exact purpose of our film. Movies such as hustle with adam sandler or creed with Michael b jordon show the ups and downs of being an athlete. I wanted to try absolutely everything I could to be the best actor I could be so I kept reasurching. I came across reading books. I thought I would give it a shot and it helped. Just regular books show the pure emotion of people just in written form.
